Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lightly roll out one sheet of puff pastry on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Using a pointy utensil (I used a chopstick), gently trace a heart shape directly onto the pastry, starting from the center and working outward.
Once satisfied with the shape, use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut along the traced lines, removing the excess dough.
Spread Nutella evenly over the heart-shaped pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Place the second sheet of puff pastry directly on top, pressing lightly to adhere.
Using the bottom layer as a guide, cut out the heart shape from the top layer so they match perfectly.
